Neelira.in provides digital receipts for every successful order. If you've misplaced your receipt or need another copy for warranty, reimbursement, accounting, or personal records, you can easily request one.
How to Get a Receipt Copy
1️⃣ Sign In
Log in to your Neelira account using your registered email address or mobile number.
2️⃣ Open Orders
Go to My Account → My Orders and select the order you need.
3️⃣ Download
Click Download Invoice or Download Receipt if available.
4️⃣ Contact Support
If the receipt isn't available online, our Customer Support team will gladly send you another copy.
Information Required
To help us locate your order quickly, please provide as many of the following details as possible:
- Order Number
- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address
- Purchase Date
- Product Name (if known)
When You May Need a Receipt
- Warranty claims
