The lower price must be offered by an authorized retailer operating in India.
✔ In Stock
Both Neelira and the competitor must have the product available for immediate purchase.
How to Request a Price Match
- Contact our Customer Support before placing your order.
- Provide the product name and competitor's website link.
- Include a screenshot showing the lower advertised price.
- Our team will verify the information.
- If your request meets our policy, we'll match the eligible price.
Items Not Covered
- Clearance or liquidation sales.
- Flash sales or limited-time promotional offers.
- Auction websites or marketplace sellers.
- Used, refurbished or open-box products.
- Pricing errors or typographical mistakes.
- Membership-only, employee or student discounts.
- Bundle offers, coupon discounts or cashback promotions.
Additional Terms
- Price Match requests are subject to verification and approval.
- Shipping charges, taxes and installation fees are not included when comparing prices.
- Neelira reserves the right to decline requests that do not satisfy this policy.
- This policy may be updated or withdrawn without prior notice.
