How Store Pickup Works

1. Browse products and add your desired items to your shopping cart.
2. Select Store Pickup as your delivery option during checkout.
3. Complete your payment or choose an available payment option.
4. Wait for a confirmation email or SMS that your order is ready.
5. Visit our pickup location and collect your order.

What to Bring

• Order confirmation email or SMS.
• Your Order ID.
• A valid government-issued photo ID.
• If another person is collecting the order, they must present the Order ID and authorization from the purchaser.

Important Guidelines

• Please wait until you receive the "Ready for Pickup" notification before visiting the store.
• Pickup is available only during our business hours.
• Orders not collected within the pickup period may be cancelled and refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Please inspect your order before leaving the pickup location.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes. They should bring the Order ID, a copy of the purchaser's authorization, and a valid photo ID.

No. Store Pickup is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated during checkout.
