- Go to My Orders.
- Select the relevant order.
- View the latest refund or payment status.
If You Haven't Received Your Payment
If the estimated processing time has passed and you still haven't received your payment, please contact our Customer Support team with the following information:
- Order ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address
- Payment Method Used
- Date of Refund Approval (if applicable)
